Privacy (draft)

This is a short, honest draft. It will be completed with the business name, ABN and the retention period before the contact form is switched on.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you ask about and your message. If you write to us instead, we keep the email.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. The web server keeps short technical logs (address, time, page requested) to keep it running.

Why

To answer you, and if you go ahead, to agree a scope and do the work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not share or sell them.

Where it is kept

The site is served through Cloudflare, which carries each request to our server. Messages are kept on our own systems in Australia for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the work: [retention period].

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Write to [email protected]. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Map packs

Requests for map packs go through the map service’s privacy page, which says what that form collects.
